    I hired this company to help load my moving truck because I lived on the third floor and needed assistance carrying everything down three flights of stairs. I trusted them to load the truck properly and safely. When I arrived at my new home and unloaded the truck, I discovered that several of my belongings had been damaged. My TV was broken, my mattress was bent and damaged from heavy items being placed on it, and multiple pieces of furniture were scratched. I was very disappointed to find that my belongings were not handled with the care I expected. To make matters worse, my experience with one of the workers was extremely unpleasant. He was rude, condescending, and repeatedly talked down to me throughout the job. Rather than treating me with professionalism and respect, he was dismissive and made the entire experience far more stressful than it needed to be. Between the damage to my belongings and the poor customer service, I was left very dissatisfied with the service I received.
