  • Another disappointment, I have used this company before and this was my last time. Poor communication from the get go in confirmation the time, the people who manage the scheduling and the people who are actually doing the work are on different pages as far as time. Initially requested a 9am, called three times and sent messages to confirm..... no response. They day before the move is when I get a text stating they will be here at 11.30am. Then I get a call from the actual guys moving me and they told me 1pm but they did not show up till after 2pm. The crew was already exhausted, I sympathized with them as they were an older crew, but nonetheless my furniture was dropped multiple time, I have lots of scratches and scuffs after the move.
