Our local helpers have been helping people move since 2002.
Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
Would never use them again. They were unprepared to do the move. When the items were unloaded, pieces of furniture were scratched and damaged to their poor placement. The workers move slowly, resulting in me having to pay for an additional 2 hours of help. And, since thye didn't carry items, they scratched up the wooden floors dragging containers across the house, which will cost me additional money to fix. Not in any way happy with their service.
Good communication throughout the process. The movers were quick and worked very hard. We were loaded with plenty of time to spare. Would use again.
Jorge and Chris did a great job of calling in advance to schedule time for unloading; arrived on time; were extremely efficient. They were friendly, responsible and real professionals in getting the job done. We are very pleased with them and highly recommend them.
