Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
They were very late. When they arrived, they said someone else had texted me telling me it had been moved back by 2 hours. No one texted me - and even if they had, it’s not ok to just change the time without talking to me about it. Once they all arrived, things were loaded into the van quickly. They were all kind and courteous, and the work they did was great. But their communication and timeliness was lacking,
