Johnny and Dee were positive and professional. I needed help loading packed boxes and furniture into a UHaul and they did such a great job. There was some question about whether everything was going to fit (due to me not downsizing enough lol, nothing to do with them!) and they were great about working with me to determine what was a priority item and what could have stayed behind if needed. I dinged one star on communication because I had requested three people when I booked online and didn’t know I was only getting two until they got there. Also I was given a two hour window for the guys to show up, and told I’d get a notification when they were about 30 minutes out. When it got to the last 15 minutes of the two hour window I still hadn’t heard anything, so I sent a text to the person in charge and got a reply that the guys were 10 minutes out. Not a huge deal as I never expect a moving day to be perfectly smooth, I just wanted to explain why I didn’t rate that section perfectly.
