• Unprofessional, rude, stressful, deceitful, and damaging to stuff. One kept on saying they were done and demanding payment after about 4 hours, even though uhaul had said the booking was for the day to fill 6 uboxes, and I told them at booking our furniture and box inventory, cubic feet of stuff, house sir, etc. He refused to move a couple of boxes out of a Ubox because it was unloading, not loading. They said they were done and the uboxes were full. I checked, and most of them were only about half to maybe two thirds full. We told them to use the mattress bags; they didn’t without telling us. They put furniture on furniture without pads, which will grind and cause damage in transit. This made the already stressful experience of moving far worse than it needed to be, and will damage our things. I’ve worked with 10+ moving crews over the years, and this was the worst by far. I would strongly recommend working with a different company if you value your things and your peace of mind.
