  We Take Charge Moving

  Very unprofessional. The movers we booked to help load our truck showed up over an hour late for a scheduled 2 hour move, after multiple calls promising they were only going to be a few minutes late. They entered our house smelling like weed and complaining about how late they stayed up the night before. While moving our furniture, they threw some of it down our staircase and damaged multiple pieces of furniture. They took off our plastic furniture covers and dragged our mattresses on the wet, muddy ground. They refused to pack the truck in a way that protected our items and filled the space to its maximum potential. We had to rearrange the items in the truck ourselves multiple times because they made no effort to pack things tightly. After 1 hour of their time, they kept asking if they were done, when there were obviously still large pieces of furniture left to be moved. Overall terrible experience with these movers.

  Great team. Very professional and kind. I accidentally got the wrong size truck and instead of my move being ruined, the team got to work while my daughter exchanged the truck. The customer service support was also very kind and worked with me and didn’t make me feel stupid for my mistake. They worked really hard and helped with so much that, by myself, I could have not have finished anywhere near the time they completed the job. Also all of my belongings were properly protected and loaded on the truck well and did not break in transit for a long distance move. I also loved the friendliness of the manager’s greeting on the phone and the appointment process. Highly recommend.
