They were very efficient and strong movers. However, they were not very careful when handling my belongings. Some of my furniture and door frames were chipped during the move, and one of my moving dollies' wheel was completely flattened. I appreciated their speed and hard work, but I wish they had handled the items with more care.

I apologize if we made any mistakes simultaneously, I wish you had addressed these issues while we were present, as it could have yielded a different outcome. We would have notified you if we had made an error. Honestly, this does not align with our typical standards, as we take great care in wrapping and handling everything to ensure customer satisfaction.
