  • If I could give zero stars I really would. I had a horrible experience from the beginning! 10 minutes before they were to drive i got a text saying they were going to be an hour late... ended up being 1 hrs and 45 mins late, so me and my son had half the storage unit in the Uhaul before they got there. Came with no equipment to move anything they couldnt lift. So they used and BROKE my hand cart. with just an ooops im sorry. No offer to replace, or take care of it.. KNOWING this is my hand cart to use to move!!!! Neither actually knew how to load a uhaul.... when i stepped in the u haul after they loaded my heavy dressers they had all of my heavy objects stacked lined up on the left side of the truck.. i asked about weight distribution, and shouldnt the heavy objects be closest to the front area by the mothers attic... the answer i got was i really dont know but ill put it that way if you want me to. Both guys were on their phones more than they were actually moving stuff. I Have pic

  • Absolutely horrible experience!They were two hrs late, didn’t come prepared with the tools they needed to move my furniture. No dolly, no furniture moving equipment at all! Nothing about the two men that showed up was professional. They took a 10min break to smoke a cigarette every 15-20 mins, and wasted so much of my time I paid for. They broke my items and scratched every piece of furniture I own. I’m completely devastated because I have quite a few items that are irreplaceable and have sentimental value that were passed down from my deceased mother.

After reviewing our records from the move, we found no indication that any items were damaged during our service. We also have no record of unnecessary delays or interruptions during the job.
