  Movers came to drop off my moving pod & after seeing both of them drive the vehicle, I noticed they smelled of weed. When I told them I’d unload it myself & have it picked up at a later date, they explained it had to be done the same day—until calling their boss & confirming I was right. Still they INSISTED that I provide, not only the uhaul drop off payment code but also the pick up code to them before leaving. Even after explaining that didn’t seem right, they pressed, & I reluctantly provided them both payment codes. After spending the next 2 weeks calling & being told by the company the pod would be picked up; the pod was never picked up. The company began ignoring my calls & even DISABLED THEIR VOICEMAIL BOX AFTER I ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT THEM TOO MANY TIMES. I eventually had to contact uhaul asset protection to get the pod removed 2 weeks after the pod was originally dropped off. Do not go with this company, they will ignore you, lie to you & take payment for work they never finish

  The movers was 3.5 hours late. They broke everything but boxes, and they put our belongings in a unit beside ours that didn't belong to us. Worst moving experience i have ever had. Definitely will not recommend anyone using them.

  Brandon was amazing! His response to my same day reservation and all services provided was extraordinary! He's a true professional and knows how to get the job done! He and Clyde were professional and on point throughout the move! I would not hesitate for a second to use them again!
