Promised an arrival time between 11am and noon. At 5 minutes to 1pm I texted for an update, having received no message. I was told they would be there by 1pm. Help came at 10 minutes past 1pm. Movers spoke NO English and did not have the translator app on their phone. Still, with lots of hand motions and close handling, the two gentlemen did a good job. Seems like it should be protocol to call a customer when the movers are going to be late, especially as late as these were. Also seems like a good idea to give a heads up when the crew being sent speaks absolutely no English. I could have at least had a translation app downloaded to my phone. Final comment- the workers were nice fellows who did a good job. I would not say to not use this move helper company, but I hope they sharpen their customer support for a strong future. I tipped the movers on site.
