  • Worst moving company experience ever. Had trouble confirming the time with them as they did not understand the meaning of 'noon'. They were supposed to contact me 30 minutes to scheduled start time and Did not. So they claimed to be there on time and Were not. I hired an extra person to make sure they were timely and they took two hours to load a fully packed-up one bedroom unit into the truck and three more hours to unload. FIVE HOURS to move a one bedroom unit seven miles. They were belligerent at times including literally screaming at me for their code for the first two hours of prepaid time. I had my back turned and one of the movers came into my apartment and started to scream at me. He then refused to call his boss. I had called the boss to request an accommodation of fees to which the boss verbally agreed but then broke his word. WORST EVER. DO NOT HIRE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
