  • They showed up 30 minutes later than expected, but overall Omar was excellent and went above and beyond in ensuring all of my items fit into my U-haul truck (not an easy task!).

  • Omar and his teammate got the unloading done very quickly in 1 hour ( about 1b1b worth of stuff), very efficient. However, they dropped one of our boxes and broke something valuable to us. Communication was sub par. U-haul says the moving helpers will contact you within 24hours but Omar did not so I needed to call to confirm appt. I sent text after call to confirm but he did not respond until I needed to text him again on weekend before to confirm. Otherwise, quick and got the job done.
