Hello! We apologize that you felt the service provided by the movers was lackluster. The movers arrived with the intention of helping you out. The day you booked your service was at the last minute and during a heat wave. Upon arriving, they meet with you and started carrying items up to the second floor of the apartment building. Whenever stairs are involved, jobs take longer since there are more steps for the movers to take. In addition, you have loose items which are awkward and hard to carry. If the apartment was on the first floor it would have gone quicker.
