  • I hired these helpers for 2 hours to finish a move we had started the week before. We only had a few remaining belongings to unload, so there was no need to rush. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing. The unloading was slow, yet despite having plenty of time, they left about 20 minutes early because they said they had finished everything that needed to be done. During the move, they left dirty handprints on the walls and balcony, made several scuff marks throughout my brand-new home, and bumped my furniture against the stairway walls, causing damage. I specifically told them there was no rush and that they could take their time to be careful, but that didn’t happen. I’ve used this company before and had a great experience, which is why I hired them again. Sadly, this time the quality of the service was nowhere near what I expected. I was very disappointed.
