• Very disappointed with this moving company. The movers did not use the space in the truck efficiently, leaving room that could have fit much more. Because of this, the job took longer than necessary. I was then charged for a full extra hour for only about 15 minutes of additional work. Poor planning and unfair billing. I would not recommend

  Hello Crystal thank you for your comment We are very sorry for what happened on the day of your service That same day I communicated with the crew and from the beginning it was informed to both you and us that not all items would fit in the truck A 10 ft truck was rented for the following items one queen bed one queen frame two nightstands approximately twelve boxes one dining table three chairs one TV stand one electric sofa two electric recliners one bench one bicycle Additional items were later added one vanity one desk one chair one vertical dresser This required the crew to make two trips between locations which extended the service time We will continue working to improve our services However it was clearly communicated before the move began that all items would not fit in the truck Therefore we believe the issue was due to incorrect planning when selecting the truck size which is the responsibility of the client based on the items being moved

• Moving furniture into a 3rd floor apartment with no elevator, Speed Moving did it with no sweat. My daughter already told me to keep their information for the next time she needs to move.
