• When I met David, he immediately had an attitude that was clear despite the language barrier. During my move, I had to constantly supervise him because he was unwelcoming and not working diligently. I repeatedly reminded him to cover my belongings properly to prevent damage. After completing the initial service, we agreed he’d return later that evening at a 50 percent higher rate. When 7 p.m. came, he texted saying he was waiting for confirmation, then claimed he was 20 minutes away. I left briefly to buy drinks for the crew, and while I was gone, he arrived and texted me. I told him I’d be back in five minutes, but when I returned, he ignored me and tried entering my house without permission. I stopped him and reminded him it was my home. He then showed a translation saying he doesn’t usually work that late and was doing me a favor, even though it was a paid job he agreed to. At that point, I told the crew to leave.

  The team specializes in the safe transfer of belongings, and that was the result. You booked five hours with my company, which my team completed for you. The remaining hours agreed upon with them were no longer included in my company. The people who helped you are SPECIALIZED. The language barrier has never been an obstacle to their work, as they always strive to maintain as much communication as possible with the client. They normally don't accept work outside of their regular business hours, but with you, they made an exception to help you with the rest of your belongings. However, your attitude toward them was arrogant and discriminatory. No one trespassed on your property; you gave instructions for loading the truck when the worker went to open the garage door to finish loading your belongings. Arrogantly, you told them they didn't have to open your front door. You insulted them in a discriminatory and mocking manner. They were 50 minutes away from your location, so they asked for
