• I used Immaculate movers the summer of 2022. At that time, an older more experienced gentleman was available very helpful. Very professional did everything and perfect packing. This time I contacted the same company and it was not a great experience for me. There were three young guys teenagers that came, and they all wanted to work out of the same room. I separated and have one to work with me. They were all very respectful, but the quality of work was not the same. I had to supervise them and make sure they were packing correctly using bubble wrap, and the supplies that was available. It was not good so personally, I will not use them again. They were not professional packers. The owner asked me over the phone-how did they do? I was not going to give them that information because the boys were standing right there. They were not on time an hour late. The owner did call and told me they were going to be late. Not good enough when I’m paying you $200 for two hours of packing

  We all work one room to complete it and not go back in it. Unless the customer wants it done a particular way. I asked you at the end of you were satisfied you said yes. I could have came from the office and helped you. I will still help you if necessary. Call me we can work it out. I love my 5 stars. Call me
