  • The company was consistent with communication. The movers were punctual and worked hard. I noticed that one of the movers wanted to handle items by himself, throw items over his shoulder and grabbed my chair by the arm. These items were not sacks of potatoes, they were my belongings. I held the door as they forced my sofa onto the elevator risking damage to the legs. It came as no surprise the next day when my daughter pointed out damage to my chest and my deep freezer. I reached out to Florida Top Movers on Saturday night, by text and was told that someone would contact me. It’s Wednesday and still no word. I filed an insurance claim yesterday. There’s more, I’ll stop here.
