• Sergio’s helped my recently hospitalized partner and I coordinate a move for my job with very short notice, into a 3rd floor walk up in the Florida heat, and were able to do so days earlier than UHaul had originally estimated. They saved us many nights sleeping on air mattresses and from having to take innumerable trips up the stairs. Throughout the move planning they consistently emphasized wanting to make our stressful move as easy as possible and they definitely delivered. In the days leading up, they used their experience with Uhaul UBoxes to help me coordinate with the local Uhaul location so everything would go smoothly. On the day-of, the two movers, SJ and Corey, were efficient, polite, and went above and beyond our expectations to get all of our items into our new apartment. We appreciated their help so much. Note- the company does not have the ability to deliver multiple UBoxes at once unless you provide the payment code early. We opted for one at a time and were fine. YMMV
