  • I really struggled to work with these movers. I asked repeatedly and made very clear that the most important thing that my heaviest items get moved down first, then boxes. They did not listen to this, and I had to ask and insist several times for these items to be moved. After getting 2 of my furniture pieces into the truck I rented they realized it would be too small, and instead of telling me right away they waited until the time that I booked was almost out so I would have to pay an additional $60 for them to finish the job. Which they never did, I am now moving the majority of my things out of my third floor apartment alone.

    We appreciate your business and need to clarify and respond. Your order was booked for 2 hours and we remained an additional 1.20 hours at your request, with the additional 20 mins free totaling 3.20 hrs. Big items were loaded first, up to and including a couch chest dresser full of clothes bed disassembled by our team and 5 white tall book shelves. Photos of all were taken for verification. -After packing the first truck and taking note that it would be full you advised you were going to pick up a new truck. We then reloaded the already packed items to your 2nd truck. You then advised you would use a dolly to pack the remaining boxes on your own. Leave them there I can do it with the dolly myself as not to incur additional charges. We removed 1 item from your home, a nightstand mistakenly and apologized as non-moving and moving items were grouped together. Sincerely BQM
