• Unfortunately, a lot of my items were damaged by the movers. They slid my bedroom furniture down the stairs and snapped off one of the legs to my dresser. I asked several times if everything was ok after hearing them slide my items on concrete or dropped on concrete stairs, they repeatedly said everything was fine. I will not recommend them to anyone.

Throughout the move, we maintained communication and addressed questions and concerns as they arose. Prior to moving the item in question, it was brought to our attention that the furniture was already fragile, and our team took extra care while handling it. Moving large and heavy furniture, especially on stairways, can involve risks even when precautions are taken. At the conclusion of the move, no concerns regarding the overall service were raised beyond the reported damage, and we were glad to hear that the move had otherwise gone smoothly. While we understand your frustration, this review does not reflect the experience most of our customers have had with our team. • José was communicative, friendly, and professional throughout my booking process. The 2 gentlemen were very prompt and quick with my belongings. My only constructive criticism is that the younger gentleman could’ve shown more professionalism. Great for moving on a budget. Thank you Prime moving!
