  • Best guys with genuine hearts. I had lots of stuff and there was no hesitation and never a break in between. I told them they can take a break but they just kept pushing. Didnt ask for water or anything but gave them water because they did some hard work today. Thank you guys so much! When we move next i hope we can have them! Very professional and on time. Very gentle with our belongings. Nothing broke and no one was hurt. Job well done gentleman! Miguel-keep these men as long as you can! Will definitely be using yall again next time!   • One of my table legs was bent and almost broken off by one of the movers. Luckily, I stopped him before the leg broke off. The movers need better listing skills.

    We take pride in our highly trained and experienced crew. For this job, our team only performed unloading, not loading. Upon arrival, they immediately noticed the table leg was already bent and unstable, which they clearly informed the customer about it and took picture before handling it. Despite the furniture being extremely dusty and unsanitary, causing breathing discomfort, our crew continued working professionally. During the move of the bent table, the customer suddenly grabbed the table, began yelling, and repeatedly slammed it up and down, creating a serious safety hazard and worsening the existing damage. Even the customer's brother stepped in and told her to calm down, but she continued and argue with her brother. Our movers stayed calm, respectful, and focused on completing the work safely. We value all feedback, but we also stand by our team when the situation is misrepresented. Sonoran Movers and Haulers will always protect our workers and their professionalism.
