• Horrible experience. From start to finish, the experience was unacceptable. Several pieces of furniture were scratched and damaged, including a $1,500 bedframe and a custom Jeep bed that I had to completely redo and repaint because of their carelessness and lack of securing items in the truck. They even threw things, like a cooler, into the truck, which later fell from the top just from pulling out of the driveway. To make matters worse, the manager was caught vaping in our bathroom, which required a professional cleaner to help get the smell out to ensure the house was ready for it's final walk through the following day. There was absolutely no professionalism, no respect for our home, and no regard for our belongings. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere.

Based on our teams observations and standard protocols, it appears there may be some misunderstandings or exaggerations in your description of the experience. All items were carefully packed and protected within the parameters the customer selected. Our crew also offered the option of securing items with ratchet straps for additional protection, which this was declined at the time by the customer. While we regret to hear that you experienced any damage, our records indicate photographs of items packed properly e.g pads and blankets, without the declined ratchet straps as instructed by the customer. Regarding the claim about a manager vaping, we take such matters very seriously, as this behavior is strictly against company policy. After reviewing the situation, we found no evidence of any actions that would have required professional cleaning.
