  • Jeff and team were amazing! Wonderful, communication and timely communication, even received follow up Text to confirm appointment. Jeff walked me through the process, as this was my first time using a team through u-haul booking. He asked questions to help better prepare for my needs. He even brought a dolly and strapping tape to help prep my furniture for safe travel. Jeff and his helper worked quickly and efficiently and secured my belongings with such care in the U-Haul truck for travel. They were professional from beginning to end and I would recommend him and pro helpers any day. Last note, even though my job was in Redding, they traveled all the way from Orland on a weekend to fulfill my request. I originally was not going to book with Pro Helper because of the distance and go with someone more local but I read his review history and that sealed the deal for me.
