  • There was a lot of time spent standing around, they didn't bring a dolly, so they had to use our wagon, they were vaping in our apartment and singing rap songs with explicit lyrics. We ended up moving stuff ourselves to help make sure they got all the heavy stuff out before our time was up. Overall it was a very unprofessional experience with Elijah and Pedro. We used this company before and the other guys we used were very efficient. We knew this time slot was correct, so we should have had extra time, but we ended up having to move for another two hours after they left.

    16th floor apartment, elevator involved, loading 26ft uhaul, booked for 2hrs. With everything going on, truck was half loaded. Believe we did a fairly great job. And we gave extra 20mins no charge.
