Shaquille & his team were amazing! Shaq's communication was TOP TIER, he updated me any time there was a change in schedule (U-Haul's fault, not his) and I was never left wondering about anything. Most importantly, when Shaq and his team arrived they were very friendly and approachable and they were FAST!!! They delivered an entire U-Haul box to my 2ND FLOOR APT in UNDER an hour. They handled all of my things with care like they were moving their own things. They worked well together and were efficient! At the end, the made sure that I had everything I needed, and that I wasn't missing anything and we had an amazing chat at the end, it wasn't an awkward rigid goodbye, they made it feel like I was saying bye to friends who were helping me move. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone in need of moving services. Fast, Friendly, Communicative, and careful! What more could you ask for?! Thank you ALL IN ONE TAMPA BAY! You made this move so EASY!
