Our move-in went relatively well - we were advised the morning of that only 2 movers would be available as opposed to 3 which was originally booked, but we were given an extra hour to compensate. Luckily we had the elevators booked for 3 hours! Kamal was amazing, very kind and respectful of our belongings! He really made it his mission to fit everything efficiently in the U-Haul we had rented. I do want to point out that maybe 5 min after the movers left we were contacted by Omar multiple times and instructed to leave a 5-star review to accelerate receipt of their payment. In the midst of our move I would say it wasn't the most opportune time and also likely contributes to a higher rating on U-Haul for this service provider.
