I was moving from Toronto to Montreal, I was going to be about 10mins past the initial move time and advised the movers and they stated they would wait for me. Move was scheduled for 630, I arrived 639 and movers said they were close by at a Tim Hortons, they should up around 730 so I had only 1 hr left on my move. 20 mins in they needed a water break, I helped move boxes as well. I can tell moving is not their true profession, they need to be more efficient in organization and execution. 20 mins before the expired time, the owner ask if I want to add extra time, of course not, the move took longer than it should.
