All-in-all, the guys did a great job of loading. A few scratches on the piano, but mostly just fine. We already tipped the guys before they left.

The guys did a great job of loading our furniture. They used moving blankets to protect furniture (maybe could've used a few more, as a couple of pieces were scratched upon arrival). The guys worked steadily, but not too fast, to get the job done. We already tipped the guys before they left.
