Very professional and communicative. Very respectful and careful of my goods. When in doubt, a blanket was produced to wrap the item. I ordered to pods; I had enough to fill one and a half. So they carefully balanced the load. Excellent work and a great experience to have PakMan Movers help me.
The movers were on-time, efficient and quick. But their conversations ranged from friendly to belligerent, and for reasons I don't understand they insisted on setting all the basement items aside (even if they got in the way sometimes) until last. And when I couldn't instantly produce a pair of scissors to cut a rope that they didn't bother to untie, they used a lighter to burn through it. But that's pretty minor -- they did the job I hired them for, in less time than I thought it would take. That's what you want from movers!
The guy's were great! Extremely helpful, I would highly recommend using their service.
