Communication was not very good. They were nice and fast. I asked about a piece or furniture being damaged and I was left on read. This dampened my experience . I even overpaid an hour so I was very upset about the damage.

Thank you for your feedback. We always handle items with care and make note of any visible damage during moves. In this case, no blankets or pads were provided to protect the furniture, and the dresser was never placed on its side. We also communicated promptly when asked. We appreciate your business and wish you the best.
