• I had a fantastic experience with Sergio and his team. My move became complicated because my U-Haul U-Box delivery was delayed until the next day, even though I had originally booked a different date. Despite their busy schedule, Sergio went above and beyond to coordinate everything and make it work. He sent an amazing crew of three movers who were professional, friendly, and incredibly hardworking. Everything was already packed, and they unloaded the entire U-Box and moved everything into my apartment in about an hour. They handled my belongings with great care and made the whole process completely stress-free. I truly appreciate Sergio and his team's flexibility, communication, and outstanding service. • JR and Dajon were right on time and got right to work. They were very knowledgeable on how to pack the uhaul truck correctly and worked efficiently to get our home safely packed. They went above and beyond and provided their service with a friendly smile.

• Sergio was very communicative and prompt. We hired three movers to move heavy and bulky furniture out of a 15-foot uhaul and up four flights of stairs. They finished everything in less than an hour! The movers were very polite and careful with the furniture. Would definitely book again for our next move!
