Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
The movers were fine and nothing major happened. Three of the four men were outstanding, however the fourth was worthless and only was interested in his phone. They also never confirmed with us and showed up three hours late forcing us to extend the rental on our UHaul truck.
The moving team contacted me prior to the job and confirmed the time. They showed up when expected and completed the job under time and without any damage done.
Greg Makay and his team were very helpful with a recent move. The person I was helping move was not well organized and was running late to let us into the house. The team waited patiently for her arrival, packed the truck quickly and efficiently despite some challenges and when we arrived at the storage facility, rearranged items already in storage to make room. They are a great team with which to work and I would readily hire them again. U-Haul – When I arrived at Croteau Auto Parts, Joyce was just arriving. When she went to check me in, she encountered several down portions of the U-Haul website. She quickly worked around those issues, got me checked in, showed me where to drop the keys upon my return and explained the return procedures to me. She was friendly, efficient and helpful.
