Gerard had good communication and reached out to set up a time for the move and ask questions. On the day of the move, he had one of his crew called out and he reached out to me to let me know that there was a problem and ask if it was possible to reschedule or if the move had to happen today. When I said I needed it done today he told me to give him a little time to reach out to other members of his crew. Within the hour, he had other helpers and they were on their way. They are super polite and courteous, and willing to help however they can. I would definitely use Gerard and his crew again.
