  I would like to start with saying that overall they were great! The issue was a lack of communication between all 3 parties I think. We had booked a u-haul (thank goodness!) and were told these guys were coming with a truck (by u-haul not the company) so when we received a text saying they were early and had started I thought nothing of it (I was at the new apartment with the u-haul) the movers were suppose to be moving things to a storage locker. 45 minutes into the 3 hours I am told they were without a truck and waiting for ours and had moved things from the garage to the driveway. We were then told they would stay to make up for it. Little did we know that this was their way of getting paid extra. So I was surprised by the extra cost, by the offer to make up the mistake that to all witnesses sounded as though was free and was very much not. Having said that, I'm disabled and would not have been able to handle this move without them, thank-you. Overall their performance was great!

  Marcus and Q were exceptional moving stuff out of the apartment smoothly, quickly, and efficiently! It was by far the easiest part of the move and would hire them again!
