It was car week in Monterey. There was terrible traffic everywhere. The movers were thirty minutes late. Because of the event there was no street parking anywhere. The timing was very bad.

Regrettably, despite our punctuality and facilitating a seamless and efficient move, we were awarded a three-star rating. This outcome is perplexing, considering that we were scheduled to move on an inconvenient day and encountered a car event. We should not be held accountable for the limited parking availability in the area where you reside.
