• The 2 young gentleman that showed up were very polite. But unfortunately they both had said they have no experience in this type of work. Fortunately I had dollys are they would have had to carry everything out. They didn't even know how to pull the ramp out and set it up on the rental truck I had to several times mentioned to them to utilize all the space like tell them to fill up the little attic space on the uhaul trucks. It took them four an half hours to pack the truck up and then on the way to the unload there boss called me and told me that they were not going to be able to help with the unload because 5 hours is what I paid for. I did tell him I was willing and I understood it would be additional money over 5 hours. So I was left with a loaded truck and no help to unload. The 2 young inexperienced men told me they even could not believe there boss would not send anyone else out. 5 years ago when I hired help it only took five an half hours for 2 men to load and unload my truck.
