  • NO, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. You get what you pay for, please pay more for quality service . First sign something was off was when I had to call multiple times just to confirm my order. They showed up late with no heads-up. You'd think their service would match their nice website, but nope. There's no official crew, which is why they're always running behind (just check the previous reviews). They hire people from Craigslist and pay them cash, so you never really know who's going to show up. I even got a call from some random guy saying he was on his way after they were already late. I never spoke to the owner after booking, but he decided to call the movers instead of me. He even told the guy to ask me for the code. They just tossed the stuff in the truck, and we ended up having to unload everything ourselves to get it organized. Total waste of money. They might be new, but that doesn't excuse anything. Seriously, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
