  • The movers were excellent. Very professional and helpful throughout the process. They communicated with me at every step and even offered help with unpacking after unloading. Overall they did a great job. However after they left and I finally sat down and turned on my TV I noticed a crack on the screen. I cannot say for sure when or how it happened since my Uboxes traveled a very long distance. I have reported the issue to the insurance company recommended by Uhaul and hope it will be taken seriously.
