• I was happy to see they were available on such short notice for a reasonable price. I did have trouble communicating with someone at first to set up the service time. Finally getting ahold of who I assume was the owner she was helpful in getting someone set up to meet with me. I got a call that someone would be at my location to assist in 45 mins. After about an hour, I ha b dn’t heard from anyone. I reached out to get an eta at 1130, I received an update at 1150. At 1206, I was told that they were 24mins away and still waiting they finally arrived at 1243. We had already did half the work waiting for their arrival. Their help was appreciated because while they were there, it made things move quicker. They didn’t make some smart choice by turning my furniture upside down when asked to stack them exactly the same way they were in the truck which resulted in making a mess of the items in my drawers. I am also disappointed at the fact they are charging me for 2hrs of labor for 1hr ok work

• Awesome Awesome Awesome service!!!!!!! I am extremely satisfied with my moving help service! There arrived on time! They were polite and gentle with all of my belongings. They were super helpful and will definitely use again if needed!!!!
