  • Seemed very nice. Scheduled them for the morning, received a call in the morning that U-Haul would not have the u-Box’s ready until noon. At noon they let me know that U-Haul had me scheduled for a different date. Didn’t quite add up but they were able to get them within the hour. Unfortunately while putting some items away, I noticed that the stacking of my boxes was poorly done. They placed light labeled boxes (glass Christmas ornaments) at the bottom of heavy kitchen items. When I went to move it, just heard the shattered glass. Will have to take up with U-Haul if there is any coverage for that.
