  • 30 minutes late without communication, had prior knowledge of stairs yet they had my kids and I hauling everything down to them, SLOW as heck, so slow that they didn’t even finish loading the truck in 3 hours and they left. Broke a dish and then blamed me for it saying I didn’t pack right meanwhile they were putting every little box on a dolly to go from bottom of stairs to truck. Took several breaks. Just absolutely unprofessional and a total waste of money. If I could give zero stars I would

    FIRST OF ALL it's not Godly for a customer to Spread lies about my Professional Services. We was not late.it was 100 degrees outside took one 3 minute water break. You said it was 3 flights of stairs when we arrived it was actually 4.you & your grown kids Volunteered to help bring opened boxes down to just 1 flight of stairs & we had no knowledge of anything being broken WE ARE PROFESSIONALS! Happy 2 Help May God Bless you.
