  • Dispatchers had trouble speaking clearly and slowly and their phones were garbled. One of 2 workers scheduled opted not to come to work (his partner said this, company said he called in sick) so it was delayed an hour before they could get a new second guy to us. I gave directions in where to put the heaviest item, they set it off-center and could not reset it because other things got loaded around and I couldn’t delay longer due to scheduled unload on other end - so with off-centered weight I had an unbalanced haul with fishtailing trailer at 55 mph. Otherwise the guys who came were courteous and hard working despite the heat and our frustrations with the delay. Thank you
