• Needs to communicate better when appointments are running behind. Did arrive 2 hours late and finally communicated status, but I was calling around to find other help since had not heard from him after an hour from original agreed upon time. Did excellent work once he arrived.

• This was hands down the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with movers. I have substantial pictures to validate everything, but we hired 2 movers and one of them sat in the car at least 80 percent of the time. They took a break after just 40 minutes of work. When it started to rain, they ran to their car and left the truck open allowing substantial water intrusion in the truck and damaging several boxes. When we unloaded, the entire stack of boxes in the back were falling forward making the unload process dangerous. Not to mention, the awful loading that was done sticking things in random places and completely unprotected. I can’t possibly recommend them to anyone.
