  • Well it started off wrong. I booked the services a week out so that I could get started early. My appointment for help was for 10 am. I woke up to a text message morning of the move that was left after 9pm so I didn’t get it until I woke up that morning. They said they couldn’t come at 10 am and can I do 1pm instead. At this point I have no choice because I have to be out of the house today and the U-Haul truck was scheduled for pick up and return by 5pm to not be charges an additional day. They arrived about 15 mins pass 1. Luckily we had everything packed already and just needed load and unload. We got done in time to return the truck back with a few minutes to spare.
