They were very nice, however the service was disappointing. I paid for four hours and they were done in just over two. I wish they would have taken their time, a lot got damaged. The estimate for the size of the truck wasn’t close, we had to leave a lot behind.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. We want every move to feel smooth and I am sorry this one did not meet your expectations. Truck sizing is handled directly by UHaul as we are a separate company. I was not aware of any damages and our before and after photos did not show any issues, though I would be happy to review anything specific with you. The move took just over three hours including drive time. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you and hope to make your next move a five star experience.
