  • The ratings given are directed towards whomever managed the reservation. The 1st helper worked hard & was very pleasant, but arrived more than a half hr late because he was called last minute for the job. Plus he was working alone. He finally rounded up another helpe over an hr later ( which was now more than one & a half hrs after the scheduled start time. Because of the way our reservation was managed, I would not use this company’s service again.

    Thank you for your feedback. We truly value honest reviews because they help us improve how we operate as a business. For your move on April 14th, one crew member arrived at 930 AM, and the second arrived at 1000 AM due to a personal delay. Despite the staggered arrival, both workers remained on site until 1230 PM to complete the job. Additional items, including the garage, were added upon arrival, which extended the scope beyond the original description. The order was placed for two hours of service, but the crew worked a total of three hours to ensure the job was completed as best as possible under the circumstances. We strive to provide a smooth and professional experience for every customer. While we believe there may be some misunderstandings reflected in the review, we still appreciate your input and wish there was more we could have done to improve your experience.
