I booked a moving with MAXIM company for 17 July at 10AM that costed me 445.95 dollars. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service for the following reason. 1- They arrived at 12-30PM, it means 2hours and a half late. 2- They almost ruined my refrigerator, the door handles scratched, the left-door bottom deformed, the up left of fridge completely scratched. I want to be refunded for my fridge that was brand-new, only one year of use. 3- They scratched the floor and told me that it is just dirt and it will go away. I want to be paid for that. 4- They were not able to move some of the items. 5- They made a scene in front of my house to have their money back and promised me that their boss will call me soon for the photos and refund. He never called and never answered my calls. This last one is too much as they lied and played with us. Who is responsible for this? I paid more than $400 dollar and they damaged my stuff somehow more than that. I hope you would solve this problem.
