Communication was great up until it was time to show up. Received multiple calls as late as 10pm the night before wanting to confirm the time we would arrive to the location but once I called to give the ETA it stopped, supposed to show up at 230pm and at 3pm they still weren't there and couldn't get through to find out what was happening, I was on hold with u haul when they showed up They stated traffic was the cause which I understand it happens but a call would have been appreciated Overall experience was ok. They started off strong but fell short
